Why Expandable?

Diagram showing the stages of assembling a portable house, from flat pack to finished structure. The process includes roof, floor, and wall installation. Below are images of a portable house in its folded and fully unfolded states, with windows and sliding doors visible.

Using cutting edge technology, an expandable modular home is completely manufactured in the factory and then is expanded out once delivered to your site.

Unlike other modular homes which arrive in pieces and need to be built on site, our homes are delivered fully completed and just need to be expanded out and services connected.

This process makes your new Swift Modular Home significantly cheaper and much quicker… and best of all you will be able to move in the same day!

What Can You Use a Swift Modular Home For?

  • Multi-generational living – Keep family close with a comfortable, private granny flat on your property.

  • Guest accommodation – Give visitors their own space without disrupting your main home.

  • Rental income – Create a self-contained flat or tiny home that can generate ongoing income with minimal setup costs.

  • Home office or studio – Work from a dedicated space that’s quiet, separate and tax-effective (with the right advice).

  • Pool house or retreat – Turn unused yard space into a year-round entertaining or relaxation zone.
