Unlike other modular homes which arrive in pieces and need to be built on site, our homes are delivered fully completed and just need to be expanded out and services connected.

Build, Delivery and Install
Your home is manufactured off-site to Australian standards, then delivered to your block and installed on suitable footings. Once services are connected by your local trades, it’s ready to use.
Warranty Coverage
for your peace of mind..
Full 12 month structural warranty including materials and workmanship with after sales maintenance period to cover your new home.
Our maintenance period will cover items such as door handles and taps to ensure they are in correct working order (subject to normal use).
We will send out any defective items free of charge to you if the fault lies with the manufacturer.

Finance Options Available
Swift Modular homes can be financed through our specialist provider who offers flexible payment plans for home improvement and tiny home projects. Many clients choose to spread the cost out over time with affordable monthly repayments, subject to eligibility and approval.
