"I’ve built twice now both with Steve and each time it’s been awesome. First time was back in 2020 (when everyone was saying it would take forever) but he was always upfront with timeframes and communication was excellent. The house was built way quicker than most builders in the street anyway! With the equity I made I was able to build with a granny flat which was another great experience as I get a solid rental return. Seriously if you want to have a genuine and super helpful person to look after you, you can’t get any better than him I reckon.

We couldn’t believe how cheap and fast it was to build a home with Swift Modular! We checked Perth modular companies who build onsite and they were saying 12-15 months! But we got our home in 12 weeks from deposit down to when it was delivered, and it was heaps cheaper as its made offshore but to Australian standards so everything works. We are so stoked I’ve recommended to some friends for their block while they build. Cheers guys
